A rare appearance

by madre herself
I'm sure this is how they feel about each other a lot of the time
but this is more of the reality
Enola got her very own "hooker boots" (ask Jenni) she is very proud of them. We went to the store this night and as we are walking out she said, "I'm legit. All I need is a bluetooth, IPad and purse and I'll be set." This girls makes me laugh. On the way home I was being irritably sarcastic about a driver and said something along the lines of "Can you go any slower?" Enola then informs me, "Well he can always go slower, be thankful he's going as fast as he is." I couldn't help but smile and then tell her she was a dork.
Next time I will tell you about how vain she is and how the scare war is on. But if you've already seen my blog you will know it was pie day on the 14th (I'm glad Enola reminds us of this holiday)
Lets not forget about Jett....he tries out for baseball today. He is still my favorite little man and my worst enemy. I LOVE his guts.

Who's my hero?

Mom was cleaning out her office the other day and came across these beautiful letters written about Grandpa I thought I would share so others can get as much delight out of them that I did.
And being that it will be 14 years this month that he passed away I thought it would be nice to read up a bit on what others thought of him.

Grandpa was my hero in so many ways. I wish I was able to get to know him better but am so lucky that I was able to spend the time I had with him.
"He had arms and a chest that would embarrass Clark Kent." Love it!!!
Every girl growing up wishes she had a man like Captain Moroni (see Alma 48:17) and I have decided Grandma found her Captain Moroni.
I scanned the letters in so if you can't read them (sorry the one is sideways) let me know and I will email you a copy or something....
